Sidhu Moosewala's parents welcome baby boy

Balkaur Singh and Charan Singh, the parents of Sidhu Moose Wala, welcomed a baby boy into their family. Balkaur posted the good news on Facebook, along with the first glimpse of the newborn.

“With the blessings of millions of souls who love Shubdeep, the Almighty has put Shubh’s younger brother in our bag. With the blessings of Waheguru, the family is healthy and thankful to all the well-wishers for their immense love.” The late singer’s father wrote in a Facebook post sharing the image.

The announcement follows Balkaur’s Facebook post, in which she denied all pregnancy rumors.

He wrote, “We are grateful to Sidhu’s fans who are so worried about our family. There is a lot of speculation going on about my family. I request that you not believe all these rumors. Whatever news there is, the family will share it with all of you (sic).”

Moose Wala was killed by assailants on May 29, 2022, in Jawaharke village, Mansa district. He was 28 at the time. In the same year, he ran in the Punjabi Assembly Elections on a Congress ticket from Mansa but lost.

Sidhu Moose Wala was well-known for his compositions and productions. Despite his untimely and shocking death, many of his songs have been released posthumously, generating millions of views.

In 2017, Sidhu Moosewala debuted in the music industry with his first song ‘G Wagon’, quickly gaining popularity with a string of successful albums.
