WWE Legend The Undertaker protects wife from a possible shark attack

The Undertaker, the famed WWE legend, has displayed his bravery not only in the ring but also in real life. The 58-year-old, real name Mark Calaway, wasted no time in rescuing his wife, Michelle McCool, from a shark swimming dangerously close to her at the beach.

Sharing the incident on Instagram, Ms. McCool revealed, “I was simply enjoying a book on the beach when this ‘vegetation’ looked a lot like a shark… so I text hubby @undertaker”. She further expressed her gratitude towards her husband and posted a photo of him with the caption, “Kinda digging that last picture… A LOT #myprotector”.

In the video, Ms. McCool said that she was surprised to see the shark so close to the land. “Guess I wasn’t big enough to scare him away but you are,” she said in the clip that featured a shark lurking near the shore.

The shark was swimming around in the clear water near where the couple was relaxing on the beach. Undertaker was shown in the video standing in the water, peering down at it in an appropriately terrifying manner. The sea animal was spotted fleeing in another video clip.

Ms. McCool’s post has received hundreds of likes and comments since it was shared. “The shark didn’t want to go one on one with The Undertaker!” wrote one user. “Even the sharks don’t want none of the deadmen,” jokingly said another.

A third commented, “The shark did not dare to come close to the deadman as all it saw was death,” while a fourth explained, “Looks like a nurse shark, possibly. If it is, don’t worry, they’re completely harmless if that helps”.

Michelle McCool: A trailblazing career in the WWE women’s division

Meanwhile, The Undertaker has been married to Ms McCool since 2010, according to the New York Post. While The Undertaker is largely recognized as a WWE legend, Ms. McCool has a distinguished wrestling career of her own. She was a WWE Divas champion twice and a WWE Women’s champion twice.
