The year is about to end and what better time to reflect on what has happened around the world? Who has been a fan favourite and who has managed to stay in the eyes of the media? To compile the list for this year’s study, more than 42,000 people in 38 countries and territories were polled. The annual World’s Most Admired list is a reflection of the people who have given us something to talk about. Something to think about, or feel passionate about in the previous 12 months, and this year’s list couldn’t be more perfect. Here’s a list of most admired men and women in the year 2021.
According to the British company, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is ranked eighth in the men’s rankings. Priyanka Chopra, a Bollywood actress, was ranked tenth in the women’s rankings. Michelle Obama remained the world’s most admired woman. In the men’s rankings, Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan (14) was ranked higher than legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan (15).
