Donald Trump is excited to return on social media, that too with his social media site, Truth Social. He has sent his first message on a beta version of his much-anticipated new platform, TRUTH Social. However, his social media site may have a similar interface to Twitter.

Donald Trump’s son shared a picture of his father’s post. The picture stated, “Get ready! Your favorite president will see you soon,” Trump wrote in a message. “Time for some Truth!!!’ Donald Jr. wrote Tuesday night, getting nearly 47,000 likes by early Wednesday.

The former president was once again a hot topic on Twitter. The social media giant had previously barred him from using it while in office. However, Donald Trump’s “Truth Social” is currently in beta phase and will be released in March.

Members can follow people as well as current topics on the platform, which is essentially comparable to Twitter. Instead of tweets, posts will be referred to as ‘Truths.’ Trump joined the social media site on February 10 and already has roughly 175 followers.

Liz Willis is vice president of operations of the Right Side Broadcasting Network. It is a conservative media company known for live streaming Trump rallies. Liz was all praises about the beta version.

“TRUTH Social (beta) has dropped and President Trump is active on his own account! The world is healing,” Willis tweeted. “Beta testing the new ‘Truth Social’ app and all I can say is, y’all are going to LOVE it! I can’t wait for everyone to join me,” she added. “Thank you, President Trump.”

Truth Social: America’s Big Tent

Others, on the other hand, ridiculed Truth Social for its appearance, as well as the fact that Trump’s initial post had to be facilitated on social media networks where he was prohibited because his platform was not yet ready to be fully disseminated.

Meanwhile, people have the option of signing up for alerts for when TRUTH Social, dubbed “America’s “Big Tent,” becomes live. The platform pledges to promote “an open, free, and honest global debate that is free of political-ideological discrimination.”

Donald Trump wants to launch the Truth Social platform on Presidents’ Day, February 21, according to the Apple App Store. According to reports, the beta version of Truth Social is available to a select group of users, including the former President.
