The management company for K-pop sensation BTS, BigHit Music, released a significant update regarding members RM, Jimin, V (Kim Taehyung), and Jungkook. On Monday, the agency took to Weverse to thank BTS fans for their unwavering love and support and to share important details on the members’ military service.

BigHit Music said in a statement, “Hey, This is BigHit Music. We are eternally grateful for your sincere love and support of BTS. As a result of your thoughtfulness and encouragement in December of last year, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, members of BTS, joined the military and will shortly be completing their training camp assignments. We appreciate your support and attention on their enlistment day.

The organization went on to explain the difficulties caused by a significant influx of objects in shared training areas and asked supporters not to send cards and presents to the military barracks.

The statement clarified, “Below is additional information for fans to keep note of throughout the artists’ service period. The military barracks are communal spaces shared by military personnel for training together. If a large number of letters and gifts from the fans arrive at the center all at once, it would be difficult to store them and they could be easily lost.”

Fans can send heartfelt messages to BTS using designated hashtags

Rather, BigHit Music promised fans that by utilizing specific hashtags, they would make it possible for the musicians to personally receive touching words submitted on Weverse.

“Therefore, we request that fans kindly refrain from sending anything by mail. Instead, BigHit Music will assist in making sure the artists are able to personally see any heartwarming messages fans leave on Weverse using the hashtags ‘Dear_RM_from_ARMY’, ‘

Regarding the graduation ceremony for recruit training, the agency pleaded with the public to refrain from visiting the place in order to avoid crowding. The statement urged followers to hold close to their hearts their parting words of wisdom and farewells.

The agency stated, “We would also like to ask for your cooperation during the recruit training graduation ceremony. In order to prevent any issues that might occur from crowding, we ask fans to please refrain from visiting the site. Instead, we ask you to keep your heartwarming words of support and farewell in your hearts.”

The agency thanked BTS for their love and support up to their return from military duty as it finished the statement. BigHit Music committed to give full support throughout this period and thanked fans for their cooperation.
