Sean 'Diddy' Combs' son accused of sex assault in lawsuit

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ situation is becoming increasingly complicated. The rapper-singer, who is under federal investigation for sex trafficking, has been listed as a defendant in a new complaint alleging that his son sexually abused a lady. The event allegedly took place in 2022 on a yacht hired by the music mogul for New Year’s. The woman was working aboard the yacht.

The complaint is the latest in a slew of lawsuits filed against Combs, 54, on charges of sexual assault, sexual trafficking, and other criminal behavior. He has denied all of the charges so far and described them as horrible.

What are the allegations against ‘Diddy’s son, Christian Combs?

In a lawsuit filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Grace O’Marcaigh claims that Christian Combs, 26, assaulted her in late December 2022 while she was working on a boat charter that was “sold as a wholesome family excursion” but deteriorated into a “hedonistic environment.”

The alleged assault occurred a few days before Sean Combs hosted a New Year’s Eve party on the yacht, which was purportedly attended by several celebrities. Christian Combs is accused of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and causing emotional distress in the case. Sean Combs is being sued for premises liability as the yacht’s charterer, as well as for aiding and abetting his son in the alleged assault. So far, neither Christian nor Sean Combs have commented on the fresh charges.

In her lawsuit, O’Marcaigh claims that Christian Combs drugged and sexually assaulted her. She submitted transcriptions of audio clips that she claims show her resisting his approaches as he groped her. The suit claims that a producer in the studio recorded the clips.

The suit goes on to say that dinner and drink service on the yacht took place from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. and that partying and drug use occurred between a “constant rotation of suspected sex workers” and celebrities. In her complaint, she also claims that she feared bottles of beer were tainted with narcotics since women started falling over, panicking, or passing out after just one drink. According to the lawsuit, Christian Combs had been staying on shore in a property in 2022 and frequently joined his father in the evenings. The woman’s lawsuit claims that Sean Combs arrived “heavily intoxicated” and paid her an inappropriate amount of attention.

O’Marcaigh claims that her mental health, as well as her professional and personal lives, have been severely impacted since the incident. According to the claim, O’Marcaigh protested to the yacht captain the next day, but the captain did not conduct an investigation.
