Friends The Reunion cast is ecstatic since the show has received four Emmy nominations. The finest pre-recorded variety special category, which goes to Courteney Cox, is one of them. On Tuesday, the entire list of Emmy Award nominees was released. Friends are up against 8.46 – Dave Chappelle, A West Wing Special To Benefit When We All Vote, Bo Burnham: Inside, David Byrne’s American Utopia, and Hamilton in the pre-recorded special category. It’s also up for Best Director (Special), Best Production Design, and Best Lighting.

Jennifer Aniston, David Schwimmer, Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc, and Lisa Kudrow, as well as director Ben Winston and FRIENDS creators Kevin Bright, Kauffman, and Crane, executive, produced FRIENDS: The Reunion. Courtney captioned a photo of the whole cast of Friends on the set of the reunion episode. Jennifer Aniston reposted the photo on her Instagram stories and wrote, “Congrats to my @friends family on FOUR Emmy nominations. This was such a special reunion for us and we couldn’t be happier to share it all with you. AND extra special thanks and shout out to @mrbenwinston who made it all happen. You’re brilliant and we love you (sic).”
James Corden hosted Friends: The Reunion, which debuted on May 27. Jennifer, Courteney, Lisa, Matt, Matthew, and David all appeared on the show to reminisce about their past experiences. Apart from the six main characters, there were some special guest appearances. It included David Beckham, Justin Bieber, BTS, Cindy Crawford, Cara Delevingne, Lady Gaga, Elliott Gould, Kit Harington, Larry Hankin, Mindy Kaling, Thomas Lennon, Christina Pickles, Tom Selleck, James Michael Tyler, Maggie Wheeler, Reese Witherspoon, and Malala Yousafzai.
