Anbe Sivam is a Tamil comedy-drama film. Kamal Hasan wrote, directed and starred in the film. R. Madhavan also plays the lead in the film. The film follows them as Nallasivam and Anbarasu, two guys with opposing personalities who journey together from Bhubaneswar to Chennai and then learn surprising things about themselves.

10. Manichitrathazhu – Disney Plus Hotstar | IMDb rating: 8.7

Mohanlal, Suresh Gopi, and Shobana star in Manichitrathazhu, a Malayalam psychological horror film released in 1993. It’s widely famous to be one of the finest Indian horror flicks ever. For those unfamiliar with the title, this Fazil film was the basis for Priyadarshan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa, a 2007 Hindi film. Intriguingly, Manichitrathazhu has been recreated in four languages, besides Hindi: Apthamitra in Kannada, Chandramukhi in Tamil, and Rajmohol in Bengali. The story centers on a lady and her family, who believe she has been possessed by a dancer’s ghost.
