Cristiano Ronaldo

Ronaldo made his debut in 2003 for Machester United. He was brought at a price of £12.24 million, many criticized Sir Alex for spending that much amount on an unknown youngster. But, later in the coming years, Alex proved everyone wrong and Ronaldo showed his talent at the bigger stage.

In his six years at Old Trafford, he won three Premier League titles, an FA Cup, two League Cups, a Champions League, and the Club World Cup. And in 2008, he won his first Balon d’Or award. He also won the FIFA Player of the Year award.

Ronaldo scored 118 goals in 292 appearances out of which 91 goals came in his final 155 games. In the 2007/08 season, he scored 42 goals in all competitions and played a vital role in Manchester United’s campaign. The next year too, he helped the team win the Premier League.

David Beckham

David Beckham, One of the greatest midfielders of all time. Beckham made his debut at age 17 in 1992. He was well known for his freekicks and corners. He won the Premier League title six times, the FA Cup twice, and the UEFA Champions League in 1999.

In the final league game of the 1999 season, in a must-win game for United against Tottenham Hotspurs, Beckham scored the equalizer in the last few minutes and as a result, United claimed the league title. He is still the most loved player at Manchester United.

He won four Premier League titles over five years and two League and FA Cup Doubles. Cantona scored 82 goals in 185 matches with Manchester United.
