Critics claim that because of the inputs used to develop its concepts, AI systems like ChatGPT have an inherent bias. Users have found examples of AI program outputs that are racist or sexist. According to Reuters, there are growing concerns that AI combined with search engines like Alphabet Inc.’s Google and Microsoft Corp.’s Bing may provide false information that is persuasive.
