Australian police have cast doubt on claims by Virginia Giuffre that she suffered life-threatening injuries in a recent car crash, despite her social media post stating she had only “four days to live.”

Police confirm a minor crash with no reported injuries

The Western Australia Police Force (WAPF) confirmed that they received a report of a “minor crash” involving a school bus and a car north of Perth on March 24. However, authorities stated that no injuries were reported at the time.

“There were no reported injuries as a result of the crash,” said Kylie Whitely, acting Western Australia Police Commissioner, as reported by The Telegraph. A police spokesperson also confirmed to The Mirror that the incident, which occurred in Neergabby at around 3 p.m., was reported by the bus driver a day later. The car sustained approximately AUD 2,000 in damage.

Giuffre’s alarming social media post

Despite the official police account, the 41-year-old Jeffrey Epstein survivor took to Instagram on Monday, sharing a concerning update. Giuffre claimed she had been struck by a school bus traveling at 110 km/h (68.3 mph) while she was slowing down for a turn.

“No matter what your car is made of, it might as well be a tin can when a school bus comes at you at 110 km/h while you’re slowing down for a turn,” she wrote.

She also posted a photo of herself lying in a hospital bed with extensive facial bruising, including a black eye, and claimed she was being transferred to a specialist hospital for urology treatment.

“They’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology,” Giuffre stated. “My last wish is to see my three children one last time.”

Conflicting narratives raise questions

The stark contrast between Giuffre’s distressing claims and the official police report has led to widespread speculation. Authorities have not elaborated on why her account appears to differ so significantly from their records, nor have they confirmed whether they are conducting further investigations.

Brad Edwards, an attorney who has previously represented Giuffre in legal battles, described her condition as “very bad” but remained hopeful that she would recover with proper medical care.

A high-profile survivor of Epstein’s trafficking ring

Originally from California, Giuffre has lived in Australia for several years. She is one of the most well-known survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking operation and has previously alleged that she was trafficked to Prince Andrew. While the British royal has denied all allegations, he reached an out-of-court settlement with Giuffre in 2022, which included no admission of liability.

As concerns over her health continue to circulate online, the circumstances surrounding the crash—and the conflicting reports—remain under scrutiny.
