MEXICO CITY — A metallic sphere discovered in Colombia earlier this year and dubbed the Buga Sphere has captured international attention following a series of stunning claims made by scientists from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
The mysterious object, believed by some to be of extraterrestrial origin, was found near the city of Buga on March 2, 2025, after witnesses reported seeing it zig-zag through the sky in a manner inconsistent with conventional aircraft.
