Unexplained object discovered in Buga draws global attention
A strange metallic sphere that descended from the sky and landed in Buga, a town in western Colombia, is at the center of intense speculation and intrigue after video footage of its flight and recovery went viral. Weighing approximately 4.5 pounds, the object reportedly exhibited unusual aerial behavior before making contact with the ground in March, prompting both scientific inquiry and widespread public curiosity.
Videos of the object’s descent were widely circulated online, with X user @Truthpolex among those who shared footage, according to a report by the New York Post.
Artificial construction and ancient symbols raise eyebrows
The sphere was subjected to preliminary analysis by radiologist Dr. Jose Luis Velazquez, who noted its striking structural characteristics. “It is of artificial origin in that it shows no evidence of welding, and its internal structure is composed of high-density elements. More testing is needed to establish its origin,” Velazquez said in a video posted on X.
Adding to the enigma, the surface of the orb appeared etched with mysterious symbols—described by researchers as bearing a resemblance to Mesopotamian and Ogham scripts. Using artificial intelligence, analysts claimed to decipher a message embedded in the design, which they interpret as a call for “birth, unity, and consciousness,” suggesting a plea for environmental responsibility and collective human awakening.
Reports of physical effects and internal structures deepen the mystery
David Velez el Potro, a member of the research team investigating the object, told Maussan Television that a man who had physical contact with the sphere reportedly fell ill for several days. He also claimed that water poured onto the object appeared to vaporize instantly.
X-ray analysis revealed 18 evenly arranged dots within the sphere, which some interpret as a deliberate internal configuration. “It appears to be an object intentionally built to house these small metallic components internally,” said Nacho Rojo, host of the Hidden Truth YouTube channel.
Experts divided over scientific validity
Despite growing fascination with the object’s origins and features, no official scientific body has confirmed its provenance. Julia Mossbridge, a physicist at the University of San Diego, expressed skepticism, telling Fox News Digital, “It looks to me like a really cool art project.”
The sphere’s ambiguous nature—combined with its unexplained flight, symbolic engravings, and potential health effects—has left researchers and the public alike demanding more conclusive investigation. Until then, Buga’s celestial visitor remains a captivating mystery hovering at the intersection of science, speculation, and the unknown.
