Spoiler alert: ‘The Batman’ post-credit scenes explained

Robert Pattinson’s much-anticipated ‘The Batman’ is out in the theatres. The Batman puts a new perspective on the Caped Crusader and fans are loving it. However, the audience seems to be puzzled at the post-credit scenes. Now, what’s that? SPOILER ALERT!!!! If you have not watched the film, it wouldn’t be advised to read ahead. 

What is the post-credit scene mystery?

Matt Reeves took the audience on a three-hour tour through the world of Batman that they had never seen before. The Gotham city hero’s quest to take down the latest adversary, The Riddler, played by Paul Dano, is shown in this dark in the captivating story. The Batman, like every other superhero film, has an intriguing post-credits scene.

However, The Batman finale had spectators pondering many aspects of the film, and the post-credit scene had them perplexed. The Riddler’s green question mark glowing on the screen during the film’s post-credits scene and after a little moment, the words “Goodbye” in the color green flashes over the screen. The next thing the viewers see is a website address flashing on the screen very quickly. Rataalada.com is the website that appears in the scene. El Rata Alada, which means “the winged rat” in Spanish, is referred to as Rataalada. It’s one of the key hints The Riddler leaves Wayne in the film. (https://www.genusinnovation.com)

Viewers can answer film-related questions on the website 

The Batman

This companion site was produced by the film’s marketing staff and is based on the villain. It allows fans to communicate with The Riddler outside of the movie. Fans can go to the website and answer some of the Riddler’s questions, which are based on the movie. A similar blinking question mark shows on the screen as soon as the website is opened. 

Moreover, fans get two options ‘Y’ and ‘N’ to answer the questions. After answering the question with Y, which refers to Yes, fans can further chat with Riddler. N, which means no, is for those who do not wish to explore further. In the DC universe, Robert Pattinson starred as the Caped Crusader in the most recent adaptation. Selena Kyle’s alter ego, Cat Woman is portrayed by Zoe Kravitz in the film. 

Matt Reeves directed the film, it has music by Michael Giacchino. James Gordon plays Jeffrey Wright, Paul Dano is Riddler. Penguin is played by Colin Farrell, Alfred Pennyworth portrays Andy Serkis’s character, and Bella Real is played by Jayme Lawson.
