Zhanna Samsonova, also known as Zhanna D’Art, a health-conscious Russian influencer, has died. Zhanna died as a result of a long battle with malnutrition and weariness, according to several news reports. Before she died, she was said to be on an exotic fruit diet.
Zhanna had fiercely championed a raw vegan diet to her social media fans for years. Her diet consisted primarily of fruits, sunflower seed sprouts, fruit smoothies, and juices, which she believed would lead to optimal health. Her body seemed to have suffered as a result of her strict diet of only exotic fruits.
One of Zhanna’s close friends told NewsFlash that she had tried to warn her about the dangers of such extreme diets. “Zhanna’s idle stagnation was causing her to melt before our eyes, but she believed everything was fine. Only her eyes, merry eyes, and gorgeous hair compensated for the dreadful sight of a body tortured by idiocy. Forgive me if it sounds harsh.”
Zhanna’s mother told the Russian tabloid Vechernyaya Kazan that her daughter’s health had deteriorated due to a “cholera-like infection” and the additional strain of starvation brought on by her vegan diet. During her tour of Southeast Asia, her health deteriorated to the point where she died on July 21, 2023. While there have been rumors about her death, the true cause has not been revealed. There has also been no official statement about the cause of her death.
