During recent interactions, these insiders noted a significant decline in the 81-year-old president’s cognitive abilities.

The report highlights that Biden often speaks so softly in meetings that he is difficult to understand. His grasp of policy details and overall demeanor fluctuate daily, with a noticeable reliance on notes and frequent assistance from aides. One source described feeling “uncomfortable” during critical negotiations over Ukraine aid in January, where Biden took ten minutes to start the meeting and heavily relied on note cards.
Policy awareness issues
An alarming moment occurred when House Speaker Mike Johnson questioned Biden about the administration’s liquid natural gas export policy, which Johnson feared benefited Russia. Biden appeared unaware of the policy, incorrectly stating it was “only a study.” This left Johnson “dismayed,” according to witnesses.
