The photo shows characters from the program witnessing the catastrophe from a distance. Many users have fallen victim to the photo believing it to be an actual scene from the show.
However, after multiple people reported it as fake, the site provided context to the photo with the comment, “There is no Simpsons video or episode containing this photo. It first appeared in a TikTok video, according to Google. It is probably AI-generated.”
