According to police, Malhotra visited Pakistan at least twice, and several of her videos document her travels across Lahore. Davender Singh Dhillon: Student with a political science background
Davender Singh Dhillon, 25, was arrested in Haryana’s Kaithal district on May 12. A political science student at Khalsa College in Patiala, Dhillon had previously uploaded photos of pistols and rifles to Facebook. Upon questioning, he allegedly admitted to visiting Pakistan in November and sharing classified information with ISI agents, including images of Patiala’s military cantonment.
Nauman Ilahi: Security guard with secret connections
Originally from Uttar Pradesh, 24-year-old Nauman Ilahi was working as a security guard in Panipat, Haryana, when he was detained. Police claim he maintained communication with a Pakistani handler and received payments routed through his brother-in-law’s bank account. He allegedly passed on information of strategic interest to the ISI.
Arman: Youth caught during cross-border tensions
Arman, a 23-year-old from Nuh in Haryana, was arrested on May 16. Law enforcement officials said he was transmitting sensitive data to Pakistani contacts amid heightened Indo-Pak tensions.
Shahzad: Businessman with a dual role
Shahzad, a trader from Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh, was apprehended by the Special Task Force (STF) on May 18. He had traveled to Pakistan multiple times under the pretext of trade. Investigators allege that while importing cosmetics, spices, and garments, he was also engaged in covert activities on behalf of the ISI.
Mohammad Murtaza Ali: Tech-savvy suspect in custody
In a joint raid led by the Gujarat Police in Jalandhar, Mohammad Murtaza Ali was arrested for allegedly sharing intelligence with Pakistan using a custom-built mobile application. Authorities recovered four mobile phones and three SIM cards from him, underscoring the growing digital dimension of modern espionage.
Two others from Punjab arrested on similar charges
