Due to his talent and intent, he was deemed a public threat and granted an indefinite hospital order, remaining confined until physicians deemed him safe.

Kurtaj has been violent in detention, according to the court, with dozens of reports of harm or property damage. Doctors ruled Kurtaj unsuitable to stand trial owing to his severe autism, thus the jury was asked to decide whether or not he performed the claimed offences, not whether or not he did so with criminal intent, according to the news portal. According to The Guardian, even after his laptop was taken, Kurtaj carried out his cyber attack using an Amazon Firestick, his hotel television, and a cell phone. He hacked into the company’s internal Slack communications system and declared, “If Rockstar does not contact me on Telegram within 24 hours, I will start releasing the source code.”

They were charged with two counts of fraud, two violations of the Computer Misuse Act, and one crime of blackmail. On Thursday, he was sentenced to a youth rehabilitation order at Guildford Crown Court in Surrey. The GTA 6 trailer was released earlier this month, accumulating a remarkable 128 million views on YouTube in only four days.
