Dubai-based billionaire Hussain Sajwani recently made headlines after sharing a photo of himself having breakfast at the White House alongside Elon Musk and Shivon Zilis. The picture, which Sajwani posted on X, shows Musk holding a plate of food while standing next to Zilis, smiling at the camera. “Had a great breakfast at the White House with Elon Musk and family—a memorable morning,” the caption read.

The post quickly gained traction online, garnering over 1 million views and thousands of likes.

Who is Hussain Sajwani?

Hussain Sajwani is the chairman of Damac Properties, a major real estate developer headquartered in Dubai. As per Forbes, the 71-year-old businessman holds a net worth of $10.2 billion.

Sajwani first came into the spotlight during Donald Trump’s first term as U.S. president, after attending a New Year’s Eve party at Mar-a-Lago in 2016. His company, Damac, had partnered with the Trump Organization to build a branded golf course in Dubai. Recently, he has once again drawn attention following the announcement of a $20 billion investment in U.S.-based data centers—an initiative praised by President Donald Trump.

Speaking at a joint press conference in January at Mar-a-Lago, Trump said the investment would support large-scale data center developments across the Midwest and Sun Belt regions. He emphasized that the project would help maintain America’s edge in AI and tech innovation.

The first phase of development, Trump added, would cover Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Texas. Sajwani noted that the investment could exceed $20 billion, depending on market opportunities.

Who is Shivon Zilis?

During the White House breakfast, Hussain Sajwani also met Shivon Zilis, Elon Musk’s partner and a Neuralink executive. Zilis, 38, is the mother of Musk’s four youngest children and is known for her close professional and personal association with him.

Born to an Indian mother and Canadian father, Zilis is a Yale graduate with an impressive career in tech. She works at both Neuralink and Tesla and has served as an advisor to OpenAI. She is also a founding member of Bloomberg Beta’s investment team, having led nine major investments, according to Forbes.

Although Zilis and Musk share four children, their relationship status remains unclear. In January, she made her first public appearance with Musk at a pre-inauguration black-tie dinner hosted by Donald Trump, attracting significant attention at the high-profile event.
